Please read this contract carefully and thoroughly.
Booth specifications: A discount will be given to early registrants.Booth size: 10’x10’ with one 6’ folding table.
Booth cost: 10’x10’ = $190.00 advance registration & payment. $220.00 after November 1, 2008.
10’x20’ = $360.00 advance registration & payment. $420.00 after November 1, 2008.
Options: Electric hook-up $15.00 each (extension cords not provided), additional 6’ folding table $12.00 each.

Terms: It is agreed and understood that the following rules and regulations are part of this contract. The promoter reserves the right to remove or eliminate any objectionable exhibit, person, advertisement, or any feature or action that might harm or impair the high standard of the forum and/or participants and/or attendees of the show.
Payment: Each exhibitor must execute a contract for the right to use the space allotted. Payment is due at the time of application, or a 50% deposit upon early registration with remainder of payment due by October 1, 2008. Canceling contracts after December 15, 2008 will not be entitled to any refund whatsoever.
Subletting: It is hereby agreed that the lessee will not sublet any of the space applied for without the consent of the promoter.
Facility: Exhibitors will be held responsible for any damage done to the building by them or their employees. No nails, tacks, screws shall be driven into the walls, tables, floor or woodwork of the building.
Setting up: Exhibitors may set-up their display between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Friday January 16, 2009. Booths are to be completed and fully operational by 8:00 a.m. January 17, 2009.
The exhibitor must have an attendant in charge of their exhibit each day during operational hours. No exhibitor will break down his or her booth before 5:00 p.m. on Sunday January 18, 2009. Each exhibitor may receive up to 4 each employee badges for entrance to the show for the purpose of working a booth space.
A detailed load-out procedure will be implemented and all exhibitors and employees are required to adhere to all guidelines.
Show Hours: Saturday January 17, doors open to public at 8:00 a.m. and close at 6:00 p.m.
Sunday January 18, doors open to public at 8:00 a.m. and event closes at 4:00 p.m.Removal: All exhibits are to be broken down and removed by 8:00 p.m. on Sunday January 18, 2009.
Liability and Circumstances beyond our control: In the event of fire, strikes, earthquake, any act of nature, riot, civil insurrection, or other unavoidable circumstances making the building unfit for use, exhibitors contract will not be binding. Neither the management of the facility or promoter will be responsible for safety of exhibits against robbery or damage by fire, accident, or other causes. Small or easily portable articles of value should be properly secured, or removed for safekeeping after exhibit hours. The facility will have fulltime security. Each vendor is responsible for any taxes and licenses to the State of Maryland.
