Exhibitor information for 2009                                                                         July 1, 2008 Dear Exhibitor, The Chesapeake Fishing & Outdoor Expo proudly invites you to participate in the 2009 Expo/Show to be held January 17-18, 2009 at the beautiful Show Place Arena in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. This is the only show of this type to be held in our region. Not only will the show focus on salt and fresh water fishing, it will also feature a wide variety of other outdoor sports and activities. Our previous events achieved great success and we hope you will join us in 2009 as an exhibitor. The Show Place Arena (www.showplacearena.com) is a fabulous facility conveniently located on Route 4 (Pennsylvania Avenue) at the Prince George’s Equestrian Center in Upper Marlboro, MD.  Just seven miles from the Capital Beltway (exit 11A), the Arena is easily accessible from the Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, and Baltimore regions. The Show Place Arena has a 35,000 square foot exhibit hall and 3 banquet rooms for our guest speakers. The facility also offers easy parking and is fully handicap accessible. Again this year, we will continue our aggressive advertising campaign, and will expand our advertising into other markets. Admission fees will be kept to a minimum and we are confident that the show will draw thousands of attendees. As a vendor, you will receive a great deal of public attention. We were able to again price the exhibitor fee below market value. Below is a contract form with all the pricing options. Early registrants will receive an additional discount, as noted on the form.  Upon receipt of your paid registration, you will receive a confirmation letter and an information packet with lodging and additional show information. Based on feedback given by our exhibitors and customers alike, we have made enhancements to the 2009 Chesapeake Fishing & Outdoor Expo.   As a way of saying "Thank You" to our exhibitors, the Show Place Arena will again host a welcoming party on the set-up day, Friday January 16, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. on the arena floor.
